Introduction (परिचय)

By using the alcobooks platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. (alcobooks प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग करके आप इन नियमों और शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं।)

Account & OTP Usage (खाता और OTP उपयोग)

You will use the OTP verification system only to securely log in to your own account. (आप OTP सत्यापन प्रणाली का उपयोग केवल अपने खाते में सुरक्षित रूप से लॉगिन करने के लिए करेंगे।)
Automated, bot-based, or scripted login attempts and misuse of the OTP system are prohibited. (स्वचालित, बॉट या स्क्रिप्ट आधारित लॉगिन प्रयास और OTP प्रणाली का दुरुपयोग प्रतिबंधित है।)
Creating fake, duplicate, or identity-based accounts for another person is prohibited. (फर्जी, डुप्लिकेट या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की पहचान पर आधारित खाते बनाना प्रतिबंधित है।)
You are responsible for keeping your account information and OTP confidential. (आप अपने खाते की जानकारी और OTP को गोपनीय रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं।)

Market Rate Submissions (बाजार दर प्रविष्टियां)

You must not post false, misleading, or deliberately inaccurate buyer, seller, or brand rates. (आप खरीदार, विक्रेता या ब्रांड दरों में झूठी, भ्रामक या जानबूझकर गलत जानकारी पोस्ट नहीं करेंगे।)

All rates are submitted by users, and alcobooks does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or availability. (सभी दरें उपयोगकर्ताओं द्वारा जमा की जाती हैं और alcobooks उनकी सटीकता, पूर्णता या उपलब्धता की गारंटी नहीं देता।)

Chat Conduct (चैट आचरण)

Sending abusive, harassing, spam, threatening, or illegal content in chat is prohibited. (चैट में अपमानजनक, उत्पीड़नकारी, स्पैम, धमकीपूर्ण या गैरकानूनी सामग्री भेजना प्रतिबंधित है।)

You will communicate with other users respectfully and responsibly. (आप अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं के साथ सम्मानजनक और जिम्मेदार तरीके से संवाद करेंगे।)

Contact Us Usage (संपर्क फॉर्म का उपयोग)

The Contact Us form must not be used for spam, fraud, false complaints, or unauthorized promotion. (संपर्क फॉर्म का उपयोग स्पैम, धोखाधड़ी, झूठी शिकायतों या अनधिकृत प्रचार के लिए नहीं किया जाएगा।)

General Prohibitions (सामान्य निषेध)

The platform must not be used for illegal activity, fraud, or violation of applicable laws. (प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग किसी भी गैरकानूनी गतिविधि, धोखाधड़ी या लागू कानूनों के उल्लंघन के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता।)

You must not violate another person's rights, privacy, or safety. (आप किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के अधिकारों, गोपनीयता या सुरक्षा का उल्लंघन नहीं करेंगे।)

Account Suspension/Termination (खाता निलंबन/समाप्ति)

alcobooks reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be violating these terms. (alcobooks इन नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले खातों को निलंबित या समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।)

Serious or repeated violations may result in action without prior notice. (गंभीर या बार-बार होने वाले उल्लंघनों पर बिना पूर्व सूचना के कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।)

Limitation of Liability (दायित्व की सीमा)

alcobooks is not responsible for rates, messages, or other content posted by users on the platform. (alcobooks प्लेटफॉर्म पर उपयोगकर्ताओं द्वारा पोस्ट की गई दरों, संदेशों या अन्य सामग्री के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है।)

To the extent permitted by law, alcobooks's liability for indirect losses arising from use of the service is limited. You agree to indemnify alcobooks against claims arising from your violation of these terms. (कानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक, सेवा के उपयोग से उत्पन्न किसी अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान के लिए alcobooks की देयता सीमित रहेगी। आप अपने उल्लंघन से उत्पन्न दावों के लिए alcobooks को क्षतिपूर्ति करने के लिए सहमत हैं।)

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (लागू कानून और विवाद समाधान)

For matters arising under these terms, the jurisdiction shall generally be Rajsamand, Rajasthan. (इन शर्तों से संबंधित मामलों के लिए सामान्यतः क्षेत्राधिकार राजसमंद, राजस्थान रहेगा।)
